By the time exchange request is received and approved customers will have a window of 3 business day to hand over the items/order.
Once the return item is received at our facility/warehouse they will undergo intensive quality check which may take 2-3days.
After the items have passed the Quality Control, the issued amount will be credited directly toyour store credit.
Customers can exchange for a different size within 15 days as per invoice price.
You can also exchange with any other items as per invoice price.
In the event that the customer wants to change to another item with a higher price than the previous, the customer must pay the amount difference.
Refunds will be issued only through the Original Mode of Payment(This applies only on prepaid orders by Credit Cards. Incase of Cash Payments the customer will issued a refund in store credits.)
We will return the product to the customer if item is not intact, washed, worn more than once, used, damaged, and torn without their hangtags, labels and accessories and not on their original form and packaging.
We cannot guarantee any other products returned which does not belong to our brand to be send back to the customer.
